I have gone through all my hairs and set display indices so they should all show up at the end of the CAS catalogue. SWTOR hairs have the display index of 666, WoW hairs have 667, and my other hairs have 668.
I've also used the opportunity to update some more hairs to have all of the new Maxis swatches and updated some really old hairs.
