The third set of the Dread Master robes! These have a tech look with small glowing accents. The accents glow with a slow pulse.

Known Issues:
- Arms are a bit weird on the female mesh because i had to use the "fix arm position" fix in s4s.
- Some parts of the texture show up on the bottoms of shoes
- Shine from shoes shows up on the bottom of the skirt in revenge
