[Hair Mesh] Bestia's hair

A hairstyle for I made for Bestia, based off her appearance in a comic I'm drawing.

• 18 maxis colors + 18 bonus colors + 2 white streak swatches
• All LODs + Hat chops

Known issues:

• There was a gap in the hair and I had to remake UV_1 which resulted in the hair scaling with the shoulder slider a bit, so it will be more fluffy on bigger sims, and a bit more narrow on smaller sims.
• There might be gaps because I used like 4 different hair meshes to make it, but I did my best to make sure there aren't any gaps.
• Fairly High-poly (over 5K in LOD0)
