I don't have Seasons but the moment I saw the lightning powers I thought of Static Shock and also thought that one of the CL outfits kind of looks like his coat.
It's a kind of a minor edit of the CL mesh so it requires CL to show up. I had to edit each LOD manually because apparently it's one of those cursed meshes that have a different number of 'cuts' between LOD meshes...

- made with masculine frame in mind so it looks crumpled on feminine frame

- there's a small gap on the neck area that won't go away
