Since there's already a maxis-match dreads retexture of this hair, I decided to do an MM twists retexture.

- all maxis colors + 7 bonus colors
- disabled for random
- enabled for both frames and genders (clips on masculine frame past certain slider range)
- enabled for aliens and vampires
- custom icon
